Within 14 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return shipment option.n

Returns are not free, unless otherwise indicated.
nReturn shipments start at €3.95
(international starts at €9.95) REGISTER RETURN Pack your items and add a printed return label to the package.
Place the enclosed packing slip in the package.
Remember to remove old shipping labels from the package. PACK YOUR ITEMS Bring your package to the shipping partner within 3 workdays after registering.
Or have your package picked up using the collection service
(possible for an additional fee, see options when registering) SHIP PACKAGE As soon as our return location processes your package, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Afterpay invoice, within 10 workdays
