Shipping Costs

How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs within Europe may vary from free up to € 8.95 (depending on the country).
For the exact amount please see our "CHECKOUT" procedure.
Circle of Trust does not ship outside the E.U. (European Union).


I live outside Europe, does Circle Of Trust ship to my country?
Unfortunately, we don't ship to countries that aren't in the E.U.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most of our orders are sent within 1 working day. Depending on your country/area (and customs processing time) the shipping time may vary between 2 and 20 days.

What is my order status?
You can check the status of your order at any time, by logging in and clicking on My Account/My Orders in your account.

I would like to return my order or a part of it, what should I do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, for instance, the size was not correct or you don't like the color, you may return the items. Preferably in the original box or another package that prevents the items from being damaged. 
The items obviously may not be worn or damaged and the original tags must still be attached to the product. 
If your returned order does not meet these criteria, the order will be returned to the sender. This also goes for sale items.

  • All returns must be submitted on our return page, this can be done up until 14 days after delivery.
  • Returning orders is not free and vary in costs from € 1.95 to € 8.95(depending on country and option)
  • Please note that Circle of Trust does not refund your shipping costs, just the returned items where necessary.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 days after we receive the package, you will be informed about this through email.

The item I received was damaged, what can I do?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item then you can return it to us.
Please remember to always inspect the items for defects or damage as soon as you receive them.
If something is wrong, please notify us as soon as possible through the following email address: [email protected]
Please note that faulty items can be reported to us up until 14 days after delivery.
In case of damaged or faulty items, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Faulty/damaged items will be replaced if possible or otherwise refunded. If you have any further questions concerning this subject, do not hesitate to contact us.

What are my payment options on the Webshop?
There are several ways to pay on the Circle of Trust Webshop.
You can pay by using one of the following options:

Is it safe to use my credit card information on the Circle Of Trust Webshop?
Protecting your personal information is our highest priority and will not be shared with- or sold to third parties. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) encryption technology.
Can I place an order via phone or email?
Because of safety considerations, this is not possible.

Do I need an account to place an order online?
No, you don’t need an account. It’s possible to place orders without a Circle Of Trust account.

I'm repeatedly being linked back to my shopping bag, what should I do?
If you are repeatedly being led back to your shopping bag an item may be out of stock. If you refresh your browser (press F5) you will see an updated page. If the problem is still not fixed, try to remove and add the item back to your shopping bag.


What if I get an error on the webshop?
Our webshop should work properly at all times, if an error might occur, we would appreciate it if you would contact us using the following email address: [email protected]

I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset on the login page using the "forgot your password?" function.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not distribute, sell or rent out personal information to third parties.


How can I see if an item is in stock?
Sizes that are greyed out and not selectable are not in stock
If you would like to know if an item will be back in stock, please email [email protected]
Please note that even though you have put an item in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer. The order is not final until you have finished the payment process.

What if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to keep our stock up to date, however, technical errors can always occur. If such a situation occurs, do not hesitate to contact us by email and we'll try to work the issue out.
We can always try to order a size that is not in stock at the moment.

Legal registration and VAT number is registered as a trade under the company Premium Fashion Brands BV, which is located in Amstelveen at Schweitzerlaan 42, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under no. 34239187.
